Pursuant to Ohio Rev. Code 121.22(F), notice is hereby given that the Miami Township Board of
Trustees will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, August 31, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at 3780 Shady
Lane, North Bend, Ohio 45052. The purpose of the meeting is as follows:
(1) To hold an executive session to consider the employment and dismissal of a public employee. (See Ohio Rev. Code 121.22(G)(1))
(2) Possible action to follow the executive session.
